ORDER PROCESSING
We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
We have a standard 1-3 day processing time prior to the shipment of all STOCKED orders. If you are ordering items with a printed logo our processing time will increase to 14 - 21 days. Please Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales, holidays or issues that may arise due to the pandemic.
Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated time frame of the delivery of your package.

Pretty Wholesale Company may require a signature upon shipments totaling $100.00 or more.
SHIPPING DELAYS
For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, or other engagements; it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Should you have an issue with a shipment delay or damaged package, you should contact the courier.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee USPS charges us to make the correction or to reship the product. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS!
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact the courier service immediately. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package.
NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At Pretty Wholesale Company we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by examining every product to make sure you are receiving the best quality as possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
Do to the nature of our products we do not offer EXCHANGES of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
